We ship via USPS Priority Mail. Shake Brands Corp. nor any of its affiliates are responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked "Delivered" by the carrier. We are not responsible for packages marked "In transit." To ensure best shipping and handling, domestic orders are typically shipped Tuesdays and Fridays, except holidays. Unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing, TIME IS NOT OF THE ESSENCE, and any delivery date provided is an estimate only. We are not responsible for delays or for non-performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including without limitation laws, rules, regulations or acts of any government, embargoes, blockades, armed conflict, terrorism, labor disputes, delays of carriers or suppliers, shortages of material, accidents, fires, floods, weather conditions and any other acts of God. Tracking information is available, upon request.
By using the Service, you have agreed to all our Terms and Conditions. Should a product cause an undesirable reaction, please refer to the ingredients on the item label. More information about product usage can be found on the individual product pages. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for products unless there is a clear known product defect. If you are not happy for any reason, please email us immediately with your questions/comments/problems and pictures to firstname.lastname@example.org. Damaged/defective items may be returned for store credit only and must be approved for return within 14 days of purchase. Note: because of nature of the organic ingredients used in our products, the balms in particular are heat sensitive. If you notice a "grainy" or "beaded" appearance, this is naturally occurring and does not affect the product's ability to work, nor does it constitute a return. On the roller ball products, while uncommon, a bit of seepage may occur around the collar. This does not constitute a damaged or defective return.
